Front Line Manager - Monaghan/ Cavan

Circet Ireland & UK are now hiring Front Line Managers to join their teams in Ireland & Northern Ireland (Covering projects across Monaghan, Cavan and surrounding counties) This role will include the management of field based staff and sub-contractors and includes all aspects of work (Survey, Civils, Poling, Cabling and Splicing) You will coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality, compliance and safety, and to optimise customer KPI measures.
