HR Assistant - Belfast

As HR Analyst for Connected Health, you will play a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR processes and data.

People Analytics is an evolving area for the company, so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your previous experience and analytical mind to support this exciting new journey. Working as part of the HR Team, you will work with a varied range of data, systems, and analytics across the business, as well as getting involved in implementing new systems and streamlining processes. Your role will be integral to the business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviewing data accuracy and implementing data cleansing processes, whilst working in accordance with GDPR and maintaining confidentially

• Reviewing and streamlining processes

• Developing an understanding of the data required by key stakeholders, to create bespoke, regular, and ad hoc reports

• Translating complex and sensitive data sets, as well as compiling and reporting factual data which can be used to make informed business decisions

• Becoming a systems expert, developing an understanding of all systems, and supporting any maintenance, enhancements, or upgrades

• Supporting the implementation and testing of new systems

• Working closely with the HR Team and liaising regularly with key stakeholders regarding any analytics

• Report to the Head of HR

• Work as part of the HR Team

• Manage your own workload within the day-to-day HR operations

• Maintain manual and computerised HR records for NI and ROI

• You will manage and maintain HR Processes

Liaise and advise Line Managers on company procedures and protocol in line with updated employment legislation

• Assist in formal meetings

• Assist with the NI Annual Monitoring Report

• You will produce monthly and ad hoc reports as requested

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

•  CIPD Level 3 OR above

•   Expert in IT systems

•   Experience producing data

•   Minimum of one year’s experience working within a HR environment

Salary: £22K
