Group Recruitment Executive

The Group Recruitment Executive will be responsible for coordination of all recruitment campaigns within the group divisions. This recruitment will be across all departments across the group sectors of Utilities, Contracting and Healthcare. Positions may range from qualified electricians, apprentices, auditors, supervisors, H&S personnel, IT, administration, Nurses, Care workers etc. This person will have sole responsibility for sourcing, screening, and placing high quality skilled candidates across the rapidly growing group divisions. The successful candidate will put robust recruitment systems in place and be responsible for keeping these under review and improving on them and ensuring that they promote a culture from the outset of the recruitment process that safety is at the top of everyone’s agenda. Core role requirements: - Understand the external candidate and job market Using your market knowledge to advise and educate and present the data to the business to support the market findings as to the best approach when sourcing candidates. Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates in the market. Responsible for supporting the business across the entire recruiting cycle. Sourcing candidates through various talent pools, networks, and channels. Grow and expand your candidate network. Managing job boards and advertisements of our career opportunities, universities, professional career partner sites, etc. Screening candidates, working with Hiring Managers to progress candidates forward for interview and assessments. Building and maintaining recruitment progress related trackers visible across the divisions and providing visibility of same to senior management Developing relations with Hiring Managers to understand and match requirements for role hiring. At all times support with driving a culture of continuous improvements across the entire candidate experience and for the hiring manager. Support and coach the candidate journey from application, through the selection process stage up to job offer and onboarding. Accuracy and efficiency are central to this role and working towards timelines are essential. Working as part of team and collaborating within this team to ensure effective time management and keeping each informed-on progress of roles etc to achieve our team goals. Supporting the business with creation of job descriptions for new roles, or support with redefining current role descriptions. Support with additional application administration such as work permit applications, letters in support of setting up accommodation, social security, bank accounts in country for relocating employees. Development and review of recruitment and selection toolkit. Travel between group locations will be essential, therefore a full clean driving licence is essential. Liaising with managers regarding forecasting for future employment needs or existing gaps. Meeting and achieving given KPI's. Responsibility for creation and implementation of new recruitment sourcing methods, including attending Recruitment Fairs Adheres to all policies governing the employment process in the relevant jurisdiction to ensure compliance. Additional roles and responsibilities as the role evolves. Skills, competencies: - 2-3 years’ experience of recruiting beneficial. High volume recruitment experience would be advantageous. Positive attitude and approach to work, ability to view the wider opportunity. Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency administration skills highly essential. Ambitious self-starter with high self-standards. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience administrating applicant tracking. Demonstrated interest or experience in human resources activities. Excellent administration and prioritization skills and keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and negotiating skills. Strong client service orientation with discretion and confidentiality. A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work. Adheres to all policies governing the employment process in the relevant jurisdiction to ensure compliance.
