Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role Provide management support to allocated large Retail Client within the division and your geographical region. To support the Head of Security Ireland to ensure account profitability of your area. Ensure that all employees are recruited and fully licensed in accordance with legislation and agreed Client and OCS HR policies and procedures. Staff training in conjunction with both company and site guidelines regular toolbox talks and recording of same Health & Safety Audits Ensure scheduled and unscheduled site visits are conducted regularly within your region. Ensure contracts are operating to specification and performance of contracts are continuously audited on a monthly basis. To ensure National Security Manager is kept informed of any operational progress and any potential issues. Client relationships is critical to the success of any contract performance. To ensure maximisation of client satisfaction across your associated region as part of monthly KPI’s visits. Ability to identify, implement and manage change as necessary within your region, supported by the National Security Manager Performance Management & development of reporting team in association with HR policies and procedures Ensure all incidents are reported as soon as possible after their occurrence. Ensure the management of on-site staff in line with company HR policies and procedures. Where necessary follow the appropriate IR steps if performance issues occur. Required Competencies: Excellent communication skills Extensive experience in client relationship management Experience in staff management multi employee relations. Knowledge of retail security is a distinct advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent PC skills Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under own initiative. Full clean driving licence required.
