This is a varied role which involves building lasting relationships with our clients, liaising on a daily basis with clients by phone and mail, reducing outstanding client debt due in accordance with the Company’s credit terms, administrative duties and co-ordinating the resolution of any disputes with customers. The successful candidate must possess at least 5 years previous accounts receivable experience. In addition, candidates should have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be highly motivated. The principal duties of this position will include: · Credit Control - primary aim of this role is reducing outstanding debt on allocated client accounts. Issuing client correspondence and statements as needed. Co-ordinating the resolution of customer queries. Producing reminder letters and statements. Weekly distribution of aged transaction reports. Account reconciliation / administration of invoices and payment on customer accounts. Raising refund requests. Advising on problem accounts and filtering as appropriate to line manager or operational management. Monitoring customer credit limits and maintaining company credit policies. Liaising with operations personnel for account queries. Ensuring debtors ledgers is accurate at all times Key attributes, skills and experience required for this role include: Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5 years experience as an accounts receivable administrator Ability to work under pressure. Be flexible and a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Microsoft Dynamics 365 an added advantage Ability to work on own initiative. Experience of working in a high volume environment.
