Job Title : Sales Executive

The day to day role :

  • Meet and greet all showroom customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Same day response to customer email and phone enquiries and follow up on all other assigned leads
  • Complete all steps of the sales process - Qualify the customer’s needs and requirements,complete a walk around presentation of the car to the customer, offer a test drive, ensure all customers are asked the necessary questions and information documented correctly, explanation of finance options before business manager referral , upselling of related products, continuous contact with the customer throughout the sales process, negotiate and finalise the sale
  • Full and In -Depth Vehicle Handover as per Distributor guidelines.
  • Meet New and Used Vehicle Targets set
  • Ensure excellent Customer Satisfactions Levels are maintained
  • Thorough Used Cars Appraisals
  • Preparation for Daily morning meetings
  • Continuous completion of On-Line and In Person Training /Product Knowledge as per Distributor guidelines

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be organised and process driven with a desire to learn and adapt to a changing and more digitalised environment
  • Possess strong organisational and planning ability in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Be self motivated but also work well as part of a team to ensure the success of the business
  • Excel in customer service throughout all stages of the sales process to ensure strong and long-standing customer relationships
  • Be commercially aware
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert leads to sales
  • Have the desire and drive to reach targets
  • Possess competent PC Skills
  • Hold a full clean drivers licence
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales environment with motor industry experience being a distinct advantage
