We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Analyst & Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty-related processes, analyzing data, providing coaching and support to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a field based role that will require the successful candidate to travel nationally 3-4 days per week across the VWGI dealer network and also attend international business meetings as the needs arise

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Systems:

  • Manage Labour Rate (WLR) applications.
  • Coordinate month-end Provision release Reporting & CUBE Reporting to brands.
  • Develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Administer OEM Systems.
  • Steer warranty KPIs in conjunction with wider warranty team & dealer network

 

Warranty Audits:

  • Coordinate booking for field team audits.
  • Handle documentation requests and preparation.
  • Create Audit Files.
  • Manage calendar for audit scheduling.

 

Claim Criteria & Parts Check:

  • Manage warranty Criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with claim criteria.
  • Conduct Spare Parts Check Account Management with stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver relevant reports.

 

Coaching & Communication:

  • Create, localize, and publish bulletins and communications.
  • Provide coaching to new staff members and poor performers
  • Offer support to improve performance for individuals with poor KPI performance.
  • Conduct post-audit coaching sessions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in warranty administration or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience with BI development tools preferred.
  • Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles is advantageous.
